“I wish to thank you for sponsoring, organizing, planning and accomplishing such a wonderful tour of China. I will say that Li Li, who we called Lily, is the most outstanding guide I have ever known … The whole tour went off without a glitch … Thank you so much. “— Peter Barbour, Texas Exes Alumni

Cuisine: One of the highlights of travel is experiencing the culinary delights of a destination, and Asia is renowned for its phenomenal dining. Each region boasts its own specialties, using the local agriculture, herbs, and spices to create unique flavors and presentations. China Advocates carefully weaves this culinary exploration throughout each tour, choosing each restaurant based on its dishes, service, and ambiance. At each location, your guide will assist you in ordering a variety of dishes that suit your tastes and dietary preferences.
Personal service: As a small, boutique operator, we offer personalized service and care. Charlotte Xu, the owner and co-founder of China Advocates and a Beijing native, personally reviews every itinerary and collaborates on the final, detailed daily schedule for each of our tours. It is our mission to reveal China’s beauty and wonders to inquisitive travelers. The experience of every traveler is of paramount importance.

Since every tour is customized, the price varies quite a bit. The length of stay, hotel choices, and number of on-tour flights will greatly impact the cost of the tour. While we can accommodate a variety of needs and budgets, all our tours are high-end, and we are dedicated to ensuring a high-level experience for every tour. As a private traveler, you may expect to pay between $400-$500 per person per day (double occupancy) for a program using 4-star properties. For 5-star accommodations and special access, you should expect to pay a little more. In general, our tour pricing includes hotels, flights, on-tour transfers and transportation, guides, taxes, and a significant number of meals.
